Thank you for shopping at Aunt JoJo’s Attic!
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase, after 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. If you feel you need to return an item please contact us by email at auntjojosattic@gmail.com or respond to the follow up email you receive after your purchase. We will send you instructions for processing your return. Refunds are only if your item is not as described. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item we will pay return shipping and issue a full refund. All fragile items shipped will be insured. Any damage during shipping will result in a claim with shipping carrier in which we will assist with. We want to make sure all of customers are completely satisfied so if you have any question let us know by emailing at auntjojosattic@gmail.com.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Item not as described in the listing
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
If you have a return: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at auntjojosattic@gmail.com and we will assist in tracking your refund.
Returns Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Follow the return instructions in your email.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it is our mistake.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
